2. Please send by email your nominations for the BGC committee for next term of 2010-11, esp name of President. Its important the member's name you are recommending has consented to be nominated.

IN THE AGM OF THE MEMBERS BODY CONDUCTED AFTER THE BAISAKHI TOURNAMENT, ATTENDED BY MOST OF 51 MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE TOURNAMENT, WORK OF THE OUTGOING COMMITTEE FOR THE TERM OF 2008-9 UNDER PRESIDENCY OF MR ONKAR SINGH BAGGA AND OTHER COMMITTEE MEMBERS WAS WELL PRAISED.

FOR THE YEAR 2009-10; MR RAMAN TATA WAS UNANIMOUSLY ELECTED AS PRESIDENT, AND TO SUPPORT HIM MR PRADEEP SAINANI- CLUB SECRETARY AND MR MANMOHAN JOHAL- TREASURER WERE RE-ELECTED AND NEW CLUB CHAMPION MR PAWAN SAHNI WAS ELECTED AS FORTH COMMITTE MEMBER- CAPTAIN AS PER THE PREVAILING FORMAT.

TO AID TO THE EFFORTS OF THE COMMITTE, SPECIALLY DURING THE ONGOING YEAR OF GLOBAL ECONOMIC ISSUES, FOLLOWING SENIOR GENTLEMEN WERE ELECTED AS ADVISORS FOR THE NEXT TERM:

1. MR SARWAN KUMAR,
2. MR SATINDER SINGH KATO,
3. MR RAJU VIJAYAVARGIYA, AND
4. MR TIKU MENON.

THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR THE TERM 2009-10 IS FIXED AT Rp. 900,000- FOR EXISTING MEMBERS, FOR NEW MEMBERS ITS Rp. 1,000,000- INCL. ADMISSION FEE.

THE OUTGOING PRESIDENT INDICATED THAT THE OUTGOING COMMITTE TOOK OVER WITH FUNDS APPROX. 90 MILLION, HOLDS Rp. 134 MILLION AS OF 11TH APRIL, AND WITH ESTIMATE OF Rp. 20-25 MILLION FOR THE BAISAKHI TOURNAMENT ON 12TH APRIL, ITS EXPECTED THAT NEXT YEARS COMMITTE WILL BEGIN WITH APPROX. 110- MILLION ON THE HAND.

THE MEMBERS WERE REQUESTED TO SUPPORT AND 'PARTICIAPTE' PROACTIVELY TO ENHANCE THE ACTIVITY OF THE CLUB.

Dear Members,

We are pleased to have the support of our hard core members which has been the driving force for the committee to keep organizing the "Tournaments" and the new changes in website, id cards etc etc. Once again we had an eventful day at Kedaton, with great weather (No Rain, cloudy and breezy) and food / beers and lucky draws. It was attended by 32 players including 6 guests. The tournament was played based on COURSE Handicaps and the results show that mot players played near to par. The results are in website and congratulations to winners.........
